Quinstreet has been on their roadshow the past couple of weeks meeting with prospective institutional investors and is expected to price the offering this week. For those interested, a video of their roadshow presentation is available for viewing at RetailRoadshow (available only during the duration of the roadshow). They also have a convenient link to the SEC prospectus. Historically, the roadshow presentation was an institutional investor only affair although this is no longer the case with services like RetailRoadshow regularly hosting the majority of equity offering presentations.
